Shipping, Returns & Repairs
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100. We ship to all 50 states and US territories; we do not ship to international addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected. Orders typically are shipped within three days after purchase and shipped via 2-day shipping, depending on location.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer discounted shipping on all orders over $100 for domestic orders. Overnight and Express shipping are available for an additional fee. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping.
RETURNS
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged jewelry within 7 days for a refund. All purchases over 7 days cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you. Contact us HERE for a Return Authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Final sale items and gift cards
Customized, worn, altered, or resized items
Items purchased from a retailer other www.lonipaul.com
Wholesale orders.
It is rare, but we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase so please contact us to make other exchange arrangements.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
REPAIRS
We stand behind our jewelry designs, but jewelry can be delicate, and we are here to help if something goes wrong. Please contact us immediately to discuss your repair.
