All Loni Paul Jewelry is dreamed, designed and handmade with love in our Massachusetts studio.

  • Chains are 14K gold or sterling silver, plated over brass, with a matte or burnished/antiqued finish 
  • All gemstones are high-quality, genuine semi-precious gemstones 
  • All metals are lead, nickel, and cadmium free. 
  • Earring wires and posts are sterling silver or 14K gold filled 
  • All clasps are easy to open 

All designs are ready for gift giving!  Your jewelry will arrive in a beautiful ultrasuede pouch lined with satin.  You will also receive a Jewelry Care guide to help keep your jewelry in perfect shape.

Here are some tips to keep your jewelry in perfect shape:

  • Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or swimming.
  • Keep it away from perfumes, creams, lotions, and makeup.
  • Clean it gently with a soft cloth and mild soap and water.
  • Avoid vigorous polishing and harsh cleansers.
  • Gently wipe it to remove body oils and perfume after each use.
  • Store your piece in the lovely Loni Paul pouch it came in.

Of course,  just include the shipping address when you check out.  We will gladly include a card with your sentiments. Simply indicate in the comments box that it is a gift and what you would like us to place on the notecard.

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here. This gift card is delivered to your email.  You can redeem it or forward the digital card as a gift! If the gift card is for you, we agree that you’re worth it!

We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over $100 and ship using USPS or UPS.  We also offer Priority and Express shipping options. Shipping rates are the actual cost of shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Orders are typically shipped within three days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Currently, we only ship to all 50 states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged jewelry within 7 days for a refund. 

Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, customized, worn, altered, or resized items, items purchased from a retailer other than, and wholesale orders.

Please contact us at for a Return Authorization. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It is rare, but we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and  make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at if you need assistance with exchanges.

Damages & Repairs

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.

We stand behind our jewelry designs, but jewelry can be delicate, and we are here to help if something goes wrong. Please contact us immediately to discuss your repair.
